All flower arrangements are made to order. Once an order has been confirmed, refunds or returns are not accepted.

If you need to make any changes to your order (delivery time/design), please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

For quality-related issues, such as serious damage or an incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will provide an appropriate solution.

We will begin preparing your flower arrangement once payment has been completed.

Delivery time depends on your selected method:

Lalamove Delivery: Can be arranged 2–3 hours in advance. Delivery time may vary depending on traffic conditions.
Self-Pickup: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Shipping: Approximately 3–7 working days

If you would like to change the packaging, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once the flower arrangement has been completed, free packaging changes will no longer be available. If you still wish to change the packaging, a replacement fee starting from RM35 will apply.

Lalamove Delivery: Based on the real-time rate shown in the Lalamove system
Shipping: Charges vary depending on the size and weight of the flower arrangement
